Tours Itinerary
1. Temple of Diana
Our first visit is the Temple of Diana, one of the best-preserved Roman monuments in the Iberian Peninsula.
2. Évora Cathedral
Next, we enter the Sé Cathedral, where you can climb to the rooftop terrace for stunning panoramic views over the city.
3. Praça do Giraldo
We continue to the Giraldo Square, the vibrant heart of Évora, perfect for photos and admiring local architecture.
4. Traditional Alentejo Lunch
Enjoy a typical Alentejano meal at one of our suggested restaurants, such as O Templo or Luar de Janeiro. Dishes may include açorda, lamb stew, pork with migas, and local desserts, with regional wine as an option.
5. Wine Cellar Visit & Tasting
In the afternoon, we visit a renowned Alentejo winery such as Adega da Cartuxa, famous for its EA and Pêra-Manca wines. Includes a guided tour of the facilities and wine tasting. Duration ~1h. Advance booking required.
6. Return to Lagos
We leave Évora in the late afternoon, with a short rest stop on the way. Arrival back in Lagos.
